静脉内平滑肌瘤是原发于子宫或子宫及盆腔的肌瘤。后期肿瘤可经髂静脉延伸,扩展至下腔静脉和右心房,若三尖瓣阻塞严重可发生晕厥或猝死,因此一经确诊应尽早手术。笔者总结了3例静脉内平滑肌瘤延伸至右心房的患者经心外科、血管外科、妇科3科联合手术术后的护理要点与难点,认为其基础护理中的生命体征、体位和心理护理是术后的护理要点,术后呼吸道及肾脏等并发症的观察是护理难点,经精心护理,3例患者病情好转。
