经过长久的发展和积淀,我国目前的石油工程数量不断的提升,在石油事业的发展上也取得了很高的成就。从客观的角度来分析,石油化工装置不可能永久不出现问题,而是会在内部因素、外部因素的影响下,表现出一定的隐患,很多内容的执行,都要从长远的角度来出发。石油化工装置停工检修的提出,得到了行业内的较高肯定,可是必须在安全管控方案上良好的落实,不能因此而出现严重的漏洞。文章就此展开讨论,并提出合理化建议。
After a long period of development and accumulation, the current number of petroleum projects in our country has continuously increased, and great achievements have also been made in the development of petroleum undertakings. From an objective point of view, the petrochemical plant can not last forever without any problems. Instead, it will show some hidden dangers under the influence of internal and external factors.
