复杂性思维方式作为一种新的方法论,被人文社会科学的理论者广泛重视,它具有复杂性、非线性、自组织性,不可还原性等特征。思想政治教育过程本身是由多种要素和多个方面组成,多重环节展开并受诸多因素制约的复杂系统。这个复杂系统的自组织过程是主体生命活动的展现过程,是思想政治教育实践智慧施展的过程。思想政治教育的复杂性特点,内在地要求用复杂性思维去推进思想政治教育的主体性研究的创新,从而超越传统研究中的机械论、还原论等局限。
As a new methodology, complexity mode of thinking is widely regarded by the humanities and social science theorists. It has the characteristics of complexity, non-linearity, self-organization and irreversibility. The process of ideological and political education itself is a complex system composed of many elements and aspects, which are developed in multiple links and are controlled by many factors. The self-organization process of this complex system is the manifestation of the life activity of the subject and the process of displaying the wisdom of practice in ideological and political education. The complexity of the ideological and political education inherently requires the use of complex thinking to promote the innovation of the subjective research in the ideological and political education so as to surpass the limitations of the traditional theory of mechanistic and reductionist.
