皮下常发生内出血的症状,有时是无数针尖样大小的出血,也有时是手掌大小的片状出血,皮下出血的颜色开始时是红色的,随后变为紫色,2～3日后变为茶色,然后渐渐消退。这种症状叫做紫癜,这种以出血为主要症状的病叫紫癜病。身体的某些部位受到外力较重的碰撞时,有时会引起内出血,这是正常的生理反应。但是,在没有觉察时就有出血现象,这种生理表现称为出血性体质。
