目的:探讨选择性输卵管造影与输卵管再通术的并发症以及治疗方法。方法:回顾分析692例选择性输卵管造影与输卵管再通术患者的临床资料,对术中、术后并发症进行分析。结果:术中并发症有腹痛、子宫输卵管痉挛、输卵管穿孔、造影剂逆流、造影剂过敏反应等。术后并发症有出血、感染、再狭窄、异位妊娠等。结论:避免和减少选择性输卵管造影与输卵管再通术并发症,可提高输卵管再通术疗效。
Objective: To explore the complications and treatment of selective salpingography and tubal recanalization. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 692 cases of selective salpingography and tubal recanalization patients clinical data, intraoperative and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results: intraoperative complications include abdominal pain, tubal spasm, tubal perforation, contrast agent reflux, contrast agent allergy. Postoperative complications of bleeding, infection, restenosis, ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion: Avoiding and reducing the complications of selective salpingography and tubal recanalization can improve the efficacy of tubal recanalization.
