作者采用高灵敏度的免疫组化SP法对9例胆管癌(CC)、100例肝胆管结石病(HL)及15例正常肝胆组织的癌胚原(CEA)表达进行。结果发现正常胆管不表达CEA;9例CC的CEA阳性率为100%,呈阳性度较高的非规则性分布;100例HL中伴异型增生的有27例,其CEA阳性率为59.3%。呈极性分布,表明组织CEA的检测将有助于HL并发CC的诊断,且对于HL胆管增生性病变性质的判别具有一定的参考价值.
The authors used highly sensitive immunohistochemical SP method to detect the expression of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in 9 cases of cholangiocarcinoma (CC), 100 cases of hepatolithiasis (HL) and 15 cases of normal hepatobiliary tissues. The results showed that normal bile duct did not express CEA. The positive rate of CEA in 9 cases of CC was 100%, with a high positive non-regular distribution. Of the 100 cases, there were 27 cases with hypermetabolism of HL with a positive CEA positive rate of 59.3 %. Showed a polar distribution, indicating that the detection of tissue CEA will help the diagnosis of HL concurrent CC, and for the identification of HL biliary proliferative lesions with a certain reference value.
