松花江发源于长白山的白云山,天池飞瀑一泻千里,如同一条巨大的蚊龙,穿山越壑,奔腾向前。被乾隆皇帝称之为“铜帮铁底松花江”的“神水”,清澈、纯净、甘甜,其鱼类资源非常丰富,鲫鲤草青鲢鳙等多达50余种。其中,松花江著名的鲟、鳇鱼还为清朝的贡品鱼。鲟、鳇鱼为大型经济鱼类,体形硕大, 咸鱼一般为3-7米,为江海两栖肉食性凶猛鱼类。其味道鲜美,卵尤为名贵,素为黑龙江、松花江流域的名特产品。金史地理志载:“上京岁贡有鲟鳇鱼”,是也!
