The Chinese Health Economics Training and Research Network hosted the EXT class in Beijing from December 9 to 14, 1996. The heads of financial departments and health departments (bureaus) of the provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) and cities under separate planning, the Ministry of Health, and the Department of Planning and Accounting A total of 54 people attended the Institute of Economic Research.
