对一个企业的生存与发展而言,资金的重要性不言而喻,其是决定企业生死存亡的关键。随着市场经济的发展,无论何种类型的企业,都面临着巨大的生存压力。在激烈的市场竞争中,我国企业唯有不断加强内部管理,尤其要提高资金的使用效率,有效防范资金断裂风险,方能使企业在竞争压力中获得可持续发展能力。基于此,笔者根据自身的多年财务工作经验,试围绕企业的资金管理展开论述。通过分析我国企业实施资金管理的可行性、当前资金管理的问题及形成原因,提出了我国企业应如何在当前环境下提高资金管理能力。希望有助于我国企业的未来发展。
For the survival and development of an enterprise, the importance of capital is self-evident, which is the key to determining the survival of an enterprise. With the development of market economy, no matter what type of enterprises are faced with tremendous pressure to survive. In the fierce market competition, Chinese enterprises only continue to strengthen internal management, in particular, to improve the efficiency of the use of funds to effectively prevent the risk of capital rupture, in order to enable enterprises to obtain sustainable development in competitive pressures. Based on this, the author based on his years of financial experience, try around the business management of funds to discuss. By analyzing the feasibility of implementing capital management in our country, the problems of current capital management and the reasons for the formation, this paper puts forward how Chinese enterprises should improve the capital management ability in the current environment. Hoping to contribute to the future development of our country’s enterprises.
