目的探讨BPD手术室护理路径在肺癌患者的护理效果。方法选取福建省福州市第一医院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的肺癌行肺部切除术患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以BPD手术室护理路径,比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理质量和护理满意度。结果观察组患者SAS评分与SDS评分低于对照组,护理质量、护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 BPD手术室护理路径在肺癌患者的应用效果确切,可有效改善患者的不良情绪,提高护理质量和护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of BPD operating room nursing pathways in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing lung resection for lung cancer from June 2015 to June 2016 in Fuzhou First Hospital of Fujian Province were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, The observation group were given BPD operating room nursing pathways, SAS scores, SDS, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results SAS score and SDS score in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion BPD operating room nursing pathways have definite effect in patients with lung cancer, which can effectively improve the patients’ bad mood, improve the nursing quality and satisfaction with nursing.
