从九十年代起,世界各国和各地区证券业日益朝着规范化、法制化和国际化的方向发展,证券业对各国和各地区经济发展的积极作用日益显著。随着我国改革开放向纵深推进,证券市场对我国经济发展的巨大作用也将越来越突出。借鉴世界各国和各地区证券市场的有效管理与规范举措,对于我国证券市场的健康发展无疑具有十分重要的现实意义。
Since the nineties, the securities industry in various countries and regions has been increasingly standardized, legalized and internationalized. The positive role played by the securities industry in the economic development of various countries and regions has become increasingly evident. With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the tremendous role of the stock market in the economic development of our country will also become increasingly prominent. Learning from the effective management and normative measures of the securities markets in various countries and regions in the world, it undoubtedly has very important practical significance for the healthy development of China’s securities market.
