现名BECKBURY目际有限公司的前身是辽河油田冷家油田开发公司。辽河油田冷家堡区块是70年代发现、80年代探明的整装油田。构造面积270.8平方公里,探明石油地质储量1.5亿吨以上。 1992年,辽河油田开发专家到国外考察,把有关辽河冷家油田稠油井地质资料拿给那里的洋专家看,洋专家仔细看过后便摇着头说:“这样的油田,还是留给你们的子孙来开发吧!”
