如何对学生群体活动进行管理.一直是体育教师所探索的问题。我校于1991年制订了“学生群体活动量化管理模式(讨论稿)”,历经5年运行,不断总结、修改和完善,形成了较为适合我校学生群体活动开展的量化管理模式。模式中包括了5大类15项指标,每项指标量化并赋权值,采用计算机管理。通过实践证明,本套模式具有较高的科学性和可操作性.既全面地、准确地评估学生群体活动,又能起到调动学生参与群体活动的积极性和自觉性。
How to manage student group activities? It has always been a problem that PE teachers have explored. Our school formulated the “Quantitative Management Pattern of Student Group Activities (Discussion Paper)” in 1991, and after five years of operation, we continuously summarized, revised and improved the quantitative management pattern that is more suitable for the student groups in our university. The model includes 15 categories of five categories, each of which is quantified and weighted, using computer management. Proved through practice, this set of models has high scientific and operability. Both comprehensive and accurate assessment of student groups activities, but also play a positive role in mobilizing students to participate in group activities.
