本文对红外探测器用的现有各种致冷器件的致冷方式及其原理作了一般介绍,并比较了它们在不同使用条件下的优缺点,主要目的是使红外探测器和红外系统设计人员更好地根据不同情况合理选用致冷器件。
In this paper, we introduce the cooling methods and the principle of various existing refrigeration devices for infrared detectors and compare their advantages and disadvantages under different conditions of use.
