Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress: On July 14, 1984, Vice Foreign Minister Qian Qichen and Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Hernandez Cusha signed on behalf of their respective governments the “People’s Republic of China Government and Consular Treaty of the People’s Republic of China. ” The consular treaty of China-Poland was agreed upon by friendly negotiation on the basis of the draft treaty each proposed by the two sides. After being audited, the provisions of the treaty are in conformity with international practices and the existing policies of our country and are also in line with the actual conditions of China and Poland. The signing of the consular treaty by China-Poland waves is conducive to the consular relations between the two countries and the progress made in the friendly relations between the two countries in economy, trade and culture
