对高等级公路路面施工设备的优化配置和施工参数进行分析,研制了一套高等级公路施工机群自动配置系统。该系统采用了工期给定、施工材料供给量给定和主导设备给定的3种方式,对施工机械进行优化配置,提供施工设备的最优关键参数,并生成最优配置数据库,以供动态系统查询调用。同时还可将经过试验路段修正过的优化方案添加到设备选型数据库中去,对自动配置系统进行补充和修正。该系统在实际路段的机群自动施工中使用效果良好。
The optimization configuration and construction parameters of high grade highway pavement construction equipment are analyzed, and a set of high grade highway construction cluster automatic configuration system is developed. The system uses a given construction period, the construction material supply given and the dominant equipment given three ways to optimize the configuration of construction machinery, construction equipment to provide the best key parameters and generate the optimal configuration database for dynamic System query call.
