目的 研究不同转移能力肿瘤细胞遗传性特性。方法 本实验通过对选出的高、低转移株的染色体数以及用流式细胞仪对DNA含量的测定。结果 发现高转移株的染色体众数高于低转移株的染色体众数,二者染色体的数目的范围也有所不同。同时发现两株细胞增殖周期内G_2+M期细胞所占百分比有显著差异。结论 肿瘤细胞是有遗传基础各异的细胞亚群所组成,它们的增殖活性也有所不同。
Objective To study the hereditary characteristics of tumor cells with different metastatic potential. Methods In this experiment, the chromosomal number of selected high and low metastatic strains and the determination of DNA content by flow cytometry were used. The results showed that the number of chromosomes in the highly-transferred strains was higher than that in the low-metastatic ones, and the range of the number of chromosomes in the two strains was also different. At the same time, the percentage of G 2 + M phase cells in two cell proliferation cycles was found to be significantly different. Conclusion Tumor cells are composed of cell subgroups with different genetic bases, and their proliferative activities are also different.
