黄瓜番茄汤 原料:黄瓜1条,冬菇2个,番茄(大)1个,虾米10克,蛋1只,水4杯,鸡精、盐、胡椒粉各少许。 做法:①冬菇洗净,用半杯水浸开后切成片,浸冬菇水留用。 ②黄瓜切薄片,番茄去皮切片。 ③将水、冬菇、冬菇水、黄瓜及虾米煮开,待黄瓜煮至软身后,加入番茄及调味品。 ④翻滚后加入搅匀的蛋浆,滚熟即可。
