1 熔融组织和熔化速度 结晶器保护渣的熔化,特别是其熔化速度对保护渣性能有很大影响。结晶器保护渣的熔化决定着保护渣保证形成熔池稳定深度的能力,要求该熔池可以保证向结晶器—铸坯间隙提供适量连续的熔融保护渣。
1 Melting Tissue and Melting Speed The melting of the mold flux, especially its melting speed, has a significant effect on the flux properties. The melting of the mold flux determines the ability of the flux to ensure the formation of a stable depth of the bath and requires that the bath ensure that an adequate amount of continuous melt flux is provided to the mold-strand gap.
