本文对控制轧制及随后水冷所获得的微合金双相钢进行了研究。0.1c-1.5Mn-0.05Nb钢经处理后具有较高的强度:σ_B为66.8kg/mm~2(95KSi),σ_(0.2)为54.8kg/mm~2(78KSi);良好的冲击韧性:-100℃时查贝冲击值C_v为202.3焦耳(20.64kg-M),脆性转折温度低达-110℃。其双相组织是由高位错密度的针状铁素体(acicular ferrite)基体和马氏体“小岛”所组成。实验表明:终轧温度在(850~750℃)范围变动,并不显著影响钢的组织与性能。具有上述性能的钢适用于输油管道,特别是严寒地区的输油管道。
In this paper, the control of rolling and subsequent water-cooled micro-alloyed duplex steel was studied. The strength of 0.1c-1.5Mn-0.05Nb steel after treatment was high: σ_B was 66.8kg / mm ~ 2 (95KSi), σ_ (0.2) was 54.8kg / mm ~ 2 (78KSi); good impact toughness: Charpy impact value C_v at -100 ° C was 202.3 J (20.64 kg-M) and brittle transition temperature was as low as -110 ° C. Its biphasic structure is composed of a high dislocation density acicular ferrite matrix and martensite “islands”. The experimental results show that the temperature of finish rolling varies from (850 to 750 ℃) and does not affect the microstructure and properties of the steel significantly. Steel with the above properties is suitable for oil pipelines, especially in harsh areas.
