采用碘量法测定了过氧乙酸稀释液在25℃时的分解速度常数(K=8.25×10~(-3)h~(-1))和半衰期(t_(1/2)=3.5d).同时也观察到光照对过氧乙酸稀释液分解没有影响、而温度的影响较大.根据这些实验结果,拟出了过氧乙酸稀释液作为消毒液的保存使用条件.
The decomposition rate constant (K = 8.25 × 10 -3 h -1) and half-life (t 1/2) of peroxyacetic acid diluted solution at 25 ℃ were determined by iodometry. At the same time, it was also observed that the light had no effect on the decomposition of the peroxyacetic acid dilution, but the temperature had a great effect.According to these experimental results, the peroxyacetic acid dilution was prepared as the preservation condition of the disinfectant.
