人寿保险业是最能体现出管理水平和需要管理理念的一个行业。在这个行业中有很多优秀的管理方法和理念,笔者在实际的班级管理中借鉴了一些保险管理方面的理念和方法,取得了一定的成效。本文就尝试中运用的理念和具体的实施办法作一定的阐述。
