Collective transformation of China's labor relations is the focus of discussion in the current theory of labor relations in China. In recent years, several large-scale academic seminars held by domestic academic circles on labor relations all centered on the theme of “collective labor relations”. Based on domestic and foreign realistic experiences and theories, some scholars think that the collective transformation of labor relations starts with the awakening of workers' sense of collective labor rights and the rise of collective resistance movement and completes the legal confirmation of collective labor rights and the institutionalization of collective labor disputes mechanism
