I(scavenger receptor class B type I,SR-BI)是最先被确定的高密度脂蛋白(HDL)受体。
Class B Scavenger receptor class B type I (SR-BI) was the first identified high density lipoprotein (HDL) receptor. Like CD36, it belongs to a multi-ligand receptor that directly interacts with many proteins and lipids. SR-BI mediates bidirectional transport of lipid on the cell membrane, ie lipid-selective uptake and cholesterol efflux. Selective absorption of lipids is significantly different from endocytosis mediated by traditional low density lipoprotein (LDL) receptors. Selective absorption refers to the selective absorption of lipids in lipoproteins, whereas lipoproteins may be The process of releasing and recycling [1], LDL receptor-mediated lipoprotein and lipid are endocytosed into the cell process. This article reviews the role of SR-BI in lipid-selective absorption and its regulation.
