国家电网公司“三集五大”体系全面建成后,企业内部组织机构、职工队伍结构大幅调整,组织形式、各种利益关系都发生了深刻的变化,这些变化给企业审计工作带来了诸多新挑战。本文将从审计组织角度浅谈如何发挥其积极作用,并结合基层供电企业实际工作情况,探讨审计工作开展的新路,以发展的眼光和思路解决发展过程中出现的问题。
After the completion of the system of State Grid Corporation of China, “Three Big Sets, Five Big Systems”, there have been profound changes in the organizational structure and workforce structure in the enterprise, organizational forms, and various interest relations. All these changes have brought a great deal of work to the audit of enterprises new challenge. This article will discuss how to play its positive role from the perspective of audit organization, and explore the new road to audit work in light of the actual work of grass-roots power supply enterprises, and solve the problems arising in the process of development with the development of vision and thinking.
