1938年11月上旬,国民政府军事委员会有关部门在长沙召开军事会议,检讨武汉作战经过。关于这次会议召开的时间,目前比较普遍的说法是11月1日至3日。但通过查阅史料,综合来看,笔者认为,会议召开的时间应该是11月7日至9日。理由如下:(一)当时在长沙的国民政府军事委员会副委员长冯玉祥在其日记中并无11月1日至3日在长沙召开军事会议的记载。①相反,在其11月5日至9日的日记中,则有这次会议情况的记载。
In early November 1938, the relevant departments of the National Government Military Commission held a military meeting in Changsha to review the battle in Wuhan. About the time of this meeting, the current more common statement is November 1 to 3. However, by referring to historical data, on the whole, I believe that the meeting should be held from November 7 to November 9. The reasons are as follows: (a) Feng Yuxiang, then vice chairman of the military committee of the National Government in Changsha, did not record in his diary in a military meeting held in Changsha from November 1 to 3. On the contrary, in his diary from November 5 to November 9, there is a record of the meeting.
