声源分析车间环境噪声来自各单台丝织机的声辐射及各壁面的反射声,而单台丝织机噪声是由丝织机各运动部件冲击、结构件的振动而产生的。为了控制织机的噪声,首先采用分步运动和频率曲线分析方法了解产生振动、辐射声的主要部件,即找出织机与打棒运动有关的撞击件是主要的噪声源,其噪声主要是冲击噪声。冲击过程产生的噪声由两部分组成,第一部分是加速度噪声,第二部分是自鸣噪声。
