2001年5月23日,在新加坡证券交易所主板上市的软讯公司(SGX:ISQE)(www.isoftel.com)正式宣布:注资并购北京林克海德公司并成立软讯(北京)信息技术有限公司,从而开创了外资电信厂商加快本地化进程的全新模式。 中国是世界上增长最快的电信市场之一。电信行业发展迅速并进一步趋于开放和竞争。目前在全国经营基础电信业务的运营商已有7家,经营互联网和其它增值业务的公司已达3000多家,这一趋势加速了行业的发展并提供了众多机会。在中国,电信业增长甚至超出了国民经济增长速度20～30％。
On May 23, 2001, the SGX: ISQE (www.isoftel.com), a company listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange, officially announced that it has made a merger and acquisition of Beijing Linkhead and established Softcom (Beijing) Information Technology Co., Ltd. The company has thus created a brand-new model for foreign telecommunication companies to speed up the localization process. China is one of the fastest growing telecommunications markets in the world. The telecommunications industry is developing rapidly and further tends to be open and competitive. At present, there are seven operators operating basic telecom services nationwide and more than 3,000 companies that handle the Internet and other value-added services. This trend has accelerated the development of the industry and provided numerous opportunities. In China, the growth of the telecommunications industry even exceeds the national economic growth rate by 20 to 30%.
