目的研究叶酸对乙基硝基亚硝基胍(ENNG)致犬胃癌前病变和胃癌生长的干预作用.方法猎犬6条分为叶酸组与非叶酸组,用ENNG诱发胃癌,叶酸组给予叶酸(20mg/d),每两月用胃镜观察胃粘膜改变和胃癌生长情况,并做病理检查.结果叶酸组胃粘膜炎症、萎缩、不典型增生明显比非叶酸组轻(P<005,P<001),其中1条犬发生胃癌;非叶酸组3条犬均发生胃癌.结论叶酸可以通过减轻胃粘膜炎症,萎缩和不典型增生,从而延缓或中止癌的发生.
Objective To study the intervention effect of folate on the growth of gastric precancerous lesions and gastric cancer induced by ethylnitronitrosoguanidine (ENNG). Methods Six dogs were divided into folic acid group and non-folic acid group. ENNG was used to induce gastric cancer. Folic acid group was given folic acid (20 mg/d). Gastric mucosal changes and gastric cancer growth were observed by endoscopy every two months. Pathological examination was performed. Results In the folic acid group, inflammation, atrophy and atypical hyperplasia of the gastric mucosa were significantly lighter than those of the non-folic acid group (P<005, P<001). One of the dogs developed gastric cancer. The three dogs in the nonfolate group developed gastric cancer. Conclusion Folic acid can delay or stop the occurrence of cancer by alleviating inflammation, atrophy and atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa.
