通过对向日葵的主根侧根和不定根,用曙红吸红,测定活力值、POD同工酶,氨基酸含量,并进行田间试验,明示不定根在营养吸收、营养物质合成、支撑植株等方面具有重要作用。向日葵一生中,根的吸收、合成生理功能在现蕾期和灌浆期形成两个高峰,根的理论吸收能力值分别为2074.6μg/株·hr和3424.4μg/株·hr。
Sunflower root and adventitious roots were harvested, and the activity value, POD isoenzyme and amino acid content were determined by using eosin to absorb red, and field experiments were conducted to show that adventitious roots play an important role in nutrient absorption, nutrient synthesis and supporting plants. In sunflower, the root absorption and synthesis physiological functions formed two peaks at budding and filling stages, and the theoretical absorption capacities of roots were 2074.6μg / planthr and 3424.4μg / planthr, respectively.
