研究了兴安落叶松树皮经碱性磺化浸提 (15 0~ 180℃ ,3~ 6h)后 ,所得酚类磺化物再经络合(70~ 90℃ ,30~ 10 0min)、偶合 (70~ 10 0℃ ,1~ 5h)、缩合 (70~ 10 0℃ ,1~ 6h)、交联 (5 0~ 6 0℃ ,30~ 90min)多步化学改性 ,制备聚合物钻井液添加剂的新方法。所得添加剂中相对分子质量在5 0 0 0以上级分的摩尔分数 >80 % ,其分子上含有 3种亲水基团 :w(—SO3H) =13.4% ,w(—COOH)=8.2 6 % ,w(Ph—OH) =0 .96 % ;该添加剂在黏土颗粒表面发生吸附包被的摩尔分数为 93.9% ,在聚合物钻井液中的添加量为 0 .0 1kg/m3 时 ,降黏率和降滤失率分别为 6 5 .8%和 42 .9%。
After the barks of Larix gmelinii were alkalized by alkaline sulfonation (15 0 ~ 180 ℃, 3 ~ 6h), the resulting sulfonates were further complexed (70 ~ 90 ℃, 30 ~ 100 min) (100 ~ 600 ℃, 1 ~ 5h), condensation (70 ~ 100 ℃, 1 ~ 6h), cross-linking (50 ℃ ~ 60 ℃, 30 ~ 90min) to prepare the polymer drilling fluid additive new method. The molecular weight of the obtained additive is more than 80% of the fraction above 5000, which contains three kinds of hydrophilic groups: w (-SO3H) = 13.4%, w (-COOH) = 8.2 6% , w (Ph-OH) = 0.96%. The molar fraction of the additive adsorbed on the surface of the clay particles was 93.9%. When the additive content in the polymer drilling fluid was 0. 01 kg / m3, The rate and the rate of filtration loss were 65.8% and 42.9%, respectively.
