块体刚性屋面防水隔热层由1970年起开始试验,目前最大的整体屋面可达1147平方米,累计施工六万平方米,历经13年,效果良好。屋面无结构裂纹及渗漏水现象,在暑热季节时,室温比二毡三油屋面低4~5摄氏度。由于屋面不需设置伸缩缝,减少了渗漏的可能。这种屋面操作简便,材料价廉易得,并可节约大量钢材、木材、水泥、沥青等紧缺物资,节省日常维修费用。
The rigid roof waterproofing and heat-insulating layer began to be tested from 1970. At present, the largest overall roof is 1147 square meters, and a total of 60,000 square meters has been constructed. After 13 years, the effect is good. There is no structural crack and water leakage phenomenon in the roof. During the hot season, the room temperature is 4 to 5 degrees Celsius lower than the two felt and three oil roofs. As the roof does not need to install expansion joints, reducing the possibility of leakage. This kind of roof is easy to operate, and the materials are cheap and easy to obtain. It can save a lot of steel, wood, cement, asphalt and other scarce materials and save daily maintenance costs.
