前言本省商品性柑桔贮藏从年年亏损到保本而至略有盈利;从单纯地完成上级下达的保鲜任务到有利可图并乐于推广,这种可喜变化在于推行应用了综合的农业技术的结果.几年来,三明市果品公司商品性的柑桔贮藏已逐步做到了烂果率下降并趋于相对稳定;目前正在着手研究解决降低干耗率的问题.在维持一定的烂耗率条件下,采用不同防腐剂及不同贮藏方式组合,了解对干耗的影响及其经济效益,我们进行了本试验,现将取得的初步结果整理于后.
