我省是全国小麦主产省,种植面积和总产量均居首位。多年来为了解决温饱问题,在农业科研和生产上均偏重于产量的提高,而忽视了质量的提高。因此很大程度上影响着小麦在食品工业、加工工业以及内外贸易等方面的发展,同时也影响了全省农民收入。在当前商品经济时代,改善和提高小麦品质已成为一项牵涉到多行业、多学科的研究课题,亟应重视和开发。下面就我省小麦品质分析如下:
Our province is the major wheat-producing province in the country, with the highest acreage and total output. Over the years in order to solve the problem of food and clothing, emphasis has been placed on the improvement of output in agricultural research and production, while neglecting the improvement of quality.
