对头手翻动作教学方法及手段进行了专家调查,并根据训查结果进行了优化的组合,教学实验表明,该教学模式能加快头手翻动作技术的掌握,提高技术动作质量,缩短教学时数。
The investigation of the teaching methods and means of head-turning movement was carried out. According to the result of the examination, the optimization was carried out. The teaching experiments show that the teaching mode can speed up the mastery of the head-turning movement, improve the quality of the movement and shorten the teaching hours .
