安氟醚麻醉后血清中无机氟化物达一定浓度,就可能产生肾毒反应,一般吸4小时后血清无机氟化物浓度为22.2±2.8μM。Mazze 等报道成人的血清无机氟化物达15μM 时,最大浓度缩尿功能将降低25%,Cousins 则定成人平均使用安氟醚2.7±0.3MAC-hr,小儿随年龄增长肾功能才逐渐成熟,但血清无机氟化物对小儿的肾毒作用尚未见报道。作者选择8例健康男孩(1~9岁)在安氟醚麻醉下行耳鼻喉手术,观察研究血清无机氟化物浓度变化。术前均经直肠注入5%甲乙炔巴比妥25mg/kg 或静注硫贲妥钠4 mg/kg,面罩吸70%
