The policy advocacy that reflects authoritativeness has always been the strength of the mainstream media, especially the party newspaper. However, for a long period of time, the party newspaper has always put forward a policy of propaganda that “people who are above others, they use their faces to teach people”. This is no wonder policy and regulation itself, but should be attributed to the media habits of the policy to adopt a passive and coping attitude. Performance in the editing process, there is no brains to seek a combination of policy and the reader, the full text according to the debut, the reader does not like to see it is no wonder. Especially in the interpretation of rural policies, it is more of a document registration process, not only a waste of layout but also a lack of readability.
