以实际资料为基础,通过对角砾化白云岩基本特征的论述及形成条件的分析,提出了其动力学成因既不是重力滑塌也不是断层破碎,而是高孔隙岩层内异常流体高压所导致的水压破裂作用这一新认识;区内中一下寒武统清虚洞组和熬溪组中的角砾化白云岩,岩性独特,层序稳定,以大量方解石贯入胶结为标志,是湘黔边境著名汞矿带的主要含矿层。
