2008年9月2日,中国石油集团公司捐资援建的中国石油希望小学奠基仪式在湖北恩施来凤县革勒车乡隆重举行。今年初,湖北遭受五十年一遇的冰冻雨雪灾害。灾害发生后,中国石油天然气集团公司向湖北灾区捐款435.8万元,用于灾后重建工作。为落实好这批善款,按照中石油华中销售公司指示,湖北销售分公司与湖北慈善总会积极接洽,决定将400万元列为“春暖千家——湖北慈善中国石油千户安居工程”专款,用于恩施巴东、十堰丹江口2个国家级贫困县1 000户因灾倒房的特困户恢复重建工作,其余35.8万元用于援建恩施来凤县革勒车乡希望小学。
On September 2, 2008, the groundbreaking ceremony for the China Petroleum Hope Primary School donated by China National Petroleum Corporation was solemnly held in Gele Che Township, Laifeng County, Enshi, Hubei Province. Earlier this year, Hubei suffered 50 years of freezing rain and snow disasters. After the disaster, China National Petroleum Corporation donated 4.358 million yuan to the disaster areas in Hubei for post-disaster reconstruction. In order to implement these donations, in accordance with the instructions of PetroChina Huazhong Sales Company, Hubei Sales Branch actively approached Hubei Charity Federation and decided to list RMB 4 million as “Spring Warmth 1000 - Hubei Charity China PetroChina 1000 Household Housing Project” The special funds will be used for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of 1 000 poor households in 2 state-level poverty-stricken counties in Enshi, Patong and Danjiangkou in Shiyan, and the remaining 358,000 yuan will be used for reconstruction of Hope Primary School, Geilecun Township, Enshi County.
