目前微量SO_2分析广泛采用的是盐酸付品红比色法,此法试剂纯化手续要求严格,而且使用剧毒四氯汞酸钠。文献介绍的极谱分析法操作较前简单,不用剧毒试剂,但检测灵敏度较低(检测限为2μg/ml),不适宜于大气中微量SO_2测定。我们在文献基础上利用EDTA-Fe~(3+)抑制氧波对低水平SO_2波的干扰,利用DTPA-EDTA联合掩蔽金属干扰离子,简化了分析手续,并大大提高了检测灵敏度(检测限达0.05μg/ml),实现了微量SO_2的准确快速分析。
