笔者运用明矾对水的净化作用及Na_2SO_4·10H_2O的溶解度曲线,对精制芒硝的传统方法进行了改进,拟定了精制芒硝的新流程:取朴硝适量,加入适量水和明矾,边加热边搅拌至完全溶解,此时温度约40℃。然后保持温度在35~40℃之间,静置沉淀约10分钟,除去浮在水面的白沫及杂质,用二层纱布趁热滤取上清液于洁净容器内,在0℃条件下过夜后,用二层纱布滤取沉淀物,回收上清液,供下次溶解朴硝用。最后
