1982—1983年在绍兴市农科所6号田进行了蚕豆不同时期收获期及后熟方法对产量及品质影响的试验。试验主处理为收获期,分5月13日,5月17日,5月21日和5月24日4期。副处理为后熟方法,分(1)摘荚:(2)带茎拔起,二者均后熟到菜全部变黑后脱粒。结果:5月21日和5月25日
