本文简叙了基于差分方程模型的预估算法,并把此算法应用于食用洒精蒸馏工段中精馏塔的间接质量控制-中温控制上.实施结果表明,此算法控制比常规PID控制效果佳;同时也表明,对于具有纯滞后的对象,此算法控制是有效的.
This article briefly describes the predictive algorithm based on the difference equation model and applies the algorithm to the indirect quality control - medium temperature control of the rectification column in the edible fine distillation stage.The implementation results show that this algorithm has better control performance than the conventional PID It also shows that this algorithm control is effective for objects with pure hysteresis.
