民警侦查职务犯罪是一种司法腐败现象,我们党和政府以及公安机关历来重视对侦查职务犯罪的惩治。当前民警侦查职务犯罪出现了新情况、新动向。民警侦查职务犯罪的产生,既有社会原因,也有犯罪者个人原因。在坚决依法查处民警侦查职务犯罪案件和腐败行为的同时,要坚持改革,从教育、法制、监督等多方面开展预防工作,努力把民警侦查职务犯罪降到最低限度。
Criminal investigation of duty crimes by police is a phenomenon of judicial corruption. Our party and government as well as public security organs have always attached importance to the punishment of criminal crimes in the investigation. At present, there are new situations and new trends in the investigation of crimes committed by the police. Civilian police to detect the occurrence of job-related crimes, both for social reasons, but also for personal reasons offenders. While resolutely investigating and punishing criminal cases and corruption committed by the police in accordance with the law, we must persist in reform and carry out prevention work in various fields such as education, the rule of law and supervision, and strive to minimize the number of crimes committed by the police in investigating crimes.
