黄河客水是黄河下游沿黄地带重要供水水源,由于受流域内持续干旱、中游来水量减少和下游引黄量增加等因素,自1972年以来,黄河下游断流现象日趋严重。由此引发了一系列环境地质问题,带来了明显的环境负效应:河道萎缩与河口海岸侵蚀使“悬河”不稳定因素增强;大量兴建平原水库和引黄工程增多造成土地减少,土地砂化、盐碱化、沼泽化加重,生态环境恶化;水资源不合理开发诱发了地面沉降、海(咸)水入侵等地质灾害。对此,从环境地学角度出发,笔者认为对黄河水资源开发应统一规划、统一管理、涵养水源、节约用水和进一步加强黄河下游地区地下水勘查开发、建设平原地下水库。
The Yellow River passenger water is an important source of water supply along the Yellow River along the Yellow River. As a result, a series of environmental and geological problems have been caused, resulting in obvious environmental negative effects: river channel atrophy and estuarine and coastal erosion have increased the instability of the “hanging river”; a large number of plains reservoirs and the Yellow River Diversion Project have caused more land loss, Land salification, salinization, swamping aggravate the deterioration of the ecological environment; irrational development of water resources induced by land subsidence, sea (salty) water intrusion and other geological disasters. In this regard, from the perspective of environmental geology, I believe that the Yellow River water resources development should be unified planning, unified management, conservation of water sources, water conservation and further strengthen the exploration and development of groundwater in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, the construction of underground reservoirs in the plain.
