我所任教的学校是一所普通的矿区中学,学生层次参差不齐,尤其以后进生居多,一般可达班级总人数的30%-40%,2003年淮北矿区初中数学教材引进沪科版,而新教材(沪科版)中以学生“自悟”为主,许多学生达不到相应的要求,为解决这一现象,经过多次的实践探索,逐步形成激励式阶梯教学法的教学理念,效果较好。
