党的十八届三中全会提出,要加强各类公共服务提供,推进基本公共服务均等化,加快形成科学有效的社会治理体制,确保社会既充满活力又和谐有序。近年来,各级政府在加强公共服务、推进标准化均等化等方面做出了积极努力并取得明显成效。在公共服务供给已经达到一定规模和质量的当下,迫切需要加强公共服务创新,找准推进中的难点问题,并提出有针对性的解决措施,实现公共服务供给的转型升级,以更好满足人民群众日益增长的公共服务需求。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed that we should step up the provision of various types of public services, promote the equalization of basic public services and speed up the formation of a scientific and effective social governance system so as to ensure that the society is full of vitality and harmonious and orderly. In recent years, all levels of government have made active efforts in strengthening public services and promoting the standardization of equalization and have achieved remarkable results. In the moment when the supply of public services has reached a certain scale and quality, there is an urgent need to strengthen innovation in public services and pinpoint problems that are difficult to push forward. Targeted solutions are also proposed to achieve the transformation and upgrading of public service supply so as to better meet people’s needs People’s growing public service needs.
