本文把流体润滑中的压力控制方程的形式转化为泊松方程,采用边界元法求解压力分布,从而有效地降低了代数方程组的阶数,能够大幅度减少计算机机时并使结果的精度提高。文中对螺旋槽推力轴承和扇形瓦推力轴承进行了分析,获得了满意的结果。所研制的计算程序可方便地用于各种几何结构的动压、动静压问题的分析,特别是对复杂的几何区域或对同一轴承进行大量计算时更为方便。
In this paper, the form of pressure control equation in fluid lubrication is transformed into the Poisson equation, and the boundary element method is used to solve the pressure distribution, which effectively reduces the order of algebraic equations, which can greatly reduce the computer time and improve the accuracy of the results . In this paper, spiral groove thrust bearing and fan-shaped thrust bearing were analyzed, and satisfactory results were obtained. The developed calculation program can be conveniently used for the analysis of dynamic and hydrostatic pressure problems of various geometric structures, especially for complex geometric regions or for a large number of calculations of the same bearing.
