根据国务院《锅炉压力容器安全监察暂行条例》和国家劳动部《压力容器安全技术监察规程》、《气瓶安全监察规程》的规定和要求,为确保镇江市制氧行业在用压力容器安全运行、气体充装安全可靠,保证特种作业人员持证上岗率达到70%以上,镇江市劳动局于1995年12月份在镇江氧气厂内连续举办两期“制氧行业压力容器操作,气瓶充装人员安全技术培训班”,镇江地区制氧行业7个生产单位72名操作人员参加了培训。
