最近,我们在临夏全州范围内挑选了50个农村后进党支部,进行了调查剖析,为我们做好后进村支部的转化工作提供了一些有益启示。在我州农村,绝大多数党支部是好的和比较好的,在两个文明建设中发挥了核心领导和战斗堡垒作用。但大约有15%左右的村支部软弱涣散,处于后进状态。这些村支部由于经济条件的限制和自身工作存在问题,大都是软、散、乱、贫等各种问题交织在一起,情况不尽相同,从我们重点调查的50个后进村支部看,主要有以下类型。
